THE ROUTE

A circular route of 11 km, of easy difficulty, mostly on roads and dirt tracks, with approximately 1 km initially on asphalt and occasional small crossings of paved roads. The route alternates between flat areas and gentle climbs, accumulating approximately 94 m of positive elevation gain. It crosses areas of cork oak forest, pine forest and agricultural fields, following, in the final part, along the Ribeira de Muge stream, through rural paths and small trails surrounded by riparian vegetation.

Pavement: mainly dirt and rural roads, with small sections of asphalt and trail.

✔ Can I bring a dog? Yes, on a leash.

✔ Is there parking? Yes. But for ecological reasons, if possible, share transportation with other participants.

✔ Are there restrooms? Yes, but they may be congested (limited capacity).

✔ Can I cancel? Yes, with prior notice. Although registration is free, we don't want other interested parties to be prevented from participating because of participants who don't cancel in advance.

✔ Is the route circular? Yes.

✔ Is there insurance? Yes, personal accident and civil liability insurance.
